➜THE ROAST: Our coffee is roasted for a low-acid profile, full-body, and a big balanced flavor. The longer the coffee is roasted the more it naturally produces a chemical compound that prevents cells in the stomach from creating excess acid. We use the slow-roast technique designed to reduce the acidity of the coffee for a more balanced, sweet, and smoother finish. For coffee drinkers with a very sensitive stomach, we suggest cold-brewed coffee which has up to 60% less acidity.
