4 TIPS FOR USING SEVEN&ME PROPERLY

Fill Right Amount of Coffee and Water

Moka pot is designed to be used with full measures of water and coffee. It will not work properly if the funnel is filled with too much or too less coffee.

Please fill the boiler with cool water or room temperature water just below the fill line. Please don’t fill above the safety valve.

Don’t Tamp or Overfill

Under no circumstances should you ever tamp the grind in the moka pot. Tamping and overfilling increases the pressure required for the brew to travel upward.

Fill the funnel with precisely 16 grams of coffee grounds, slightly mounded and level the surface off the your finger.

Tighten Your Moka Pot Securely

If the moka pot is not tightened, you’ll get a coffee leak when brewing espresso. Please make sure the moka pot boiler and upper parts are tightened well, it should be in the right position just as the image shows.

Tighten your moka securely before each usage, then you won’t get the coffee leak everywhere during the process.

Operate the Machine Correctly

Press the power button 1 second to active the coffee machine. Then double click beverage mode to start beverage preparation. Then you should see the coffee machine would start working immediately.
