What is a Peaberry Coffee? Peaberry coffees come from coffee cherries that produce only one fruit which comprise approximately 5% of the crop. Normally the coffee cherry contains two seeds (“beans”) that develop with flattened facing sides. Considered to have greater intensity of flavor and smooth taste.
