From our farm to your door, no middleman & no sitting on a warehouse shelf. We are passionate about producing the best coffee you ever tasted. Our small family farm is in the world famous Kona Coffee region. Rich volcanic soil, sunny days, and rainy nights are ideal for growing the best coffee in the world. Shade grown on historic heirloom coffee trees to produce large delicious coffee cherries that are hand picked at the peak of red ripeness. We wash ferment, mill the aged parchment, hand defect, roast, package, and ship from Kona Hawaii. We carefully manage every detail to ensure you receive the best gourmet Kona coffee possible.

Air Roasting
Small batches are skillfully roasted to perfection on a fluid bed air roaster. Traditional production drum roasters inherently burn the edges adding bitter tones. Air roasting evenly roasts the beans as they tumble on a bed of air to an optimized time and temperature to develop sweet fruity tones common to a Medium Kona Coffee.

Storage
To preserve your beans’ fresh roasted flavor, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. We package in airtight zipper bags with one way valves. Unlike fine wines, fine coffee only becomes stale with age. We can arrange automatic monthly deliveries, just contact us
