After much research in Colombian coffee farms we found a farm Julian Coffee wanted to source from. An Organic micro lot in the high Andes mountains near the town of Fredonia in Antioquia Colombia. We found a farm run by the very nice Acevedo Family that were growing specialty grade coffee on a smaller piece of land near their commodity grade. After sampling the coffee we knew we had a winner so we began bringing in their beans to Puerto Rico and roasting them here on the Island. The flavor is smooth and chocolaty. Most importantly like All Julian Coffee we pay a premium for the beans in order to fully support the farm. By purchasing this coffee you are in turn supporting the farm and enjoying some of the best coffee the beautiful country of Colombia has to offer.
