Our organic Mexican coffee is farmed on Finca Las Verge, located in the Sierra Madre in Chiapas. The Estate sits at the edge of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. Here, coffee grows under a natural canopy that provides organic nutrients & shade.
This sustainable estate uses agronomically advanced farming methods in producing a cup of excellence coffee. Ripe cherries are picked based on sugar content, optimal fermentation and drying is guided by pH balance and moisture content, respectively.
